Our goal is to help our children become true disciples of Jesus Christ through building healthy relationships, being examples for them and teaching them God’s Word. The RCCG-COD Children Fellowship is designed solely to help our children from pre-schoolers to pre-teens to know, love, and follow Christ with all their hearts in a safe, high-energy, enriching environment.
But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

ABOUT THE MINISTRY
The Children Ministry of RCCG-COD is a place where all children are welcomed with a full sense of belonging are taught the truths of the Bible that enable them believe on the one true God thereby allowing them the opportunity to become and reach the full potentials of all God has planned for their life.
We are passionate about imparting a passion for God in the lives of the young generation as reflected in our teachings, programs and activities for our young children. We believe children need to grow in grace with adequate nurturing and guidance to use their physical and spiritual gifts for the glory of God and the edification of the church.
All our programs and activities are age appropriate, and our children church grouped into:
- Jasper class ( Age 0 to 3 years)
- Topaz class (Age 4 to 6 years)
- Sapphire class (Age 7 to 10 years)
- Emeralds class (Age 11 – 15 years)
Our classrooms are fully furnished (check here for images of our classrooms)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
We partner with parents, family members and the church body in instilling these deep-seated desires for the children to:
- know and love Christ
- Serve and live for Christ
- Lead others to Christ (Evangelize)
It is our hope that as Church and parent, 3 John 1:4 will be true of our children, ‘I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth’.
