Youths and Young Adults Ministry

The Youths and Young Adults Fellowship is the perfect environment to make new friends and develop life skills established on God’s foundation. We aim to raise a generation of ambassadors for Christ that will positively impact the community. We meet weekly on Fridays and once in a month we meet outside the church grounds to engage with the community. You are welcome to join the energetic members of the youths and young adults fellowship. Doing so would give you the opportunity to learn new skills, engage with other young adults.

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God

ABOUT THE MINISTRY

Boluwatife Fatumbi – Head, Youths and Young Adults Ministry

The aim of the youth ministry is to create an environment where the youth in the church are free to communicate, learn, study the Word of God, grow spiritually in a group and relate with peers.

During the Youth Fellowship which holds every Friday, we dive into some of the issues that are particular to the youths and young adults in this distinct phase of life. There are inspiring ministers and mentors who guide the youths through the Word of God providing life experiences as examples.

Training sessions are held during the weekly Friday Fellowships, where interested members are taught skills, such as photography, video editing and graphics designing.

Once monthly, the Youth Fellowship is held outside of the church grounds to allow the youths and young adults to socialize, engage with the community and have fun. Interesting activities done in the past are: GoKart, Dinners, game zones, ball games at the beach and many more.
